1. A provisional booking will be accepted, subject to receiving a 50 deposit/bond within 5 working days, this deposit could be B.A.C.S, cash, PayPal (as a gift). On receiving the deposit/ Bond you will receive confirmation of the dates booked and a copy of the T&C. Usually within 1 week. Please note that ALL bookings are provisional until we receive the deposit/bond.
2. If the deposit? Bond is not received within 5 working days it is assumed that the provisional booking is no longer required.
2.1 If the balance is NOT received within the agreed time frame, then we reserve the right to hire the caravan to someone else. Bookings taken with less than TWO weeks remaining can only be accepted if payment is made in full and received within 5 working days.
4. Once we have received the minimum 50 security bond. This bond is fully refundable at the end of the hire period and returned within seven days of departure date. We reserve the right to withhold some or the entire bond and /or bill the hirer for the additional cost of: a) replacing and/or repairing all damage b) All breakages c) A reasonable charge for cleaning the caravan or removing stains or replacing as new.
If a specialist repairer is required we will endeavour to minimise the cost for such.
4.1 ALL BREAKAGES, DAMAGE, MISSING ITEMS, AND STAINS WITHIN THE STATIC CARAVAN MUST BE PAYED FOR.
4.2 THE HIRER MUST INFORM US WITHIN 12 HRS OF ARRIVAL OF ALL DEFECTS, INVENTORY SHORTAGES AND/ OR BREAKAGES. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU, THE HIRER BEING RESPONSIBLE.
5. In the event of a cancellation, the hirer must confirm this in writing, a.s.a.p. unless illness prevents them from doing so (Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation).
6. No refund will be made to the hirer whose hiring has commenced and who vacates the caravan for any reason including an emergency at home.
7. Once the balance has been paid refunds will only be considered in certain circumstances at the owner's discretion and subject to the time remaining to the holiday and a replacement booking being obtained. The exception to this would be a long term rental agreed.
8. Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are twenty-one (21) years of age and above.
9.The hirer shall notify the us either in writing or e-mail with any changes to person(s) listed on the booking form at the earliest possible opportunity and in any event, prior to arrival at the holiday park.
10. The hirer is responsible for the conduct of ALL persons listed on the booking form. NO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 ARE PERMITTED TO STAY IN THE STATIC CARAVAN ON THEIR OWN, This is due to insurance requirements.
11. The hirer agrees that all persons named on the booking form shall be with you (the hirer) during your hire period of the holiday caravan. Holiday park owners and/or their staff may have a copy of your booking form. The booking form is important because it is for you and your party's safety and security purposes only.
12. Each person listed on the booking form and your guest(s)/visitor(s) must be prepared to identify themselves to the park owners or their staff upon request and comply with their reasonable requirements.
13.1 You and your guests are required to conduct themselves in a appropriate manner and not cause any nuisance, between the hours of 10.30pm and 8.00am. ie radios, CD Players or motor vehicles. Or interfere with other people's enjoyment of the park and facilities. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times, all dogs must be exercised off the park.
4. The hirer must give access to the holiday caravan as / when required to the caravan wners and the park owners, the caravan owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give an explanation and / or reserve the right to terminate any booking for whatever reason at their absolute discretion

16.1 PLEASE BE AWARE THE DECKING AND STEPS CAN BE SLIPPERY AT CERTAIN TIMES OF THE YEAR (EXCLUDING 215).
16.1A NO BARBECUES ARE ALLOWED ON THE DECKING.
16.2 Gas usage, We request all hirers of the static caravan that the gas is supplied in bottle form and as such please do not leave heating on, with no regard, A full gas bottle should last on average of 1 month if used every day (3 hrs a day.) MARCH TILL OCT.
16.2A Please be advised that any additional bottles required are to be paid for by the hirer, This can be done by ordering at reception on 01524 411448, opening times for ordering gas bottles, the office opens Mon - Fri 9.00am till 5.00pm and Sunday 10.30am till 2.00pm. Payment needs to be made prior to the bottle being delivered.
17. The holiday caravan maybe occupied from 3pm onwards on the first day of hiring. Unless other arrangements have been made.
18. In the case of a maintenance problem, the hirer shall contact us on the telephone number provided. D.I.Y repairs must NOT be attempted. If the hirer does any D.I.Y repairs, then rule 4 will apply. 24 hr emergency number is 07958 293967 Mr R Howe.
19. Certain pets may be allowed, but permission must be sought .Pets MUST NOT SLEEP IN OR ON ANY BEDS OR SEATING AREAS. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR DOG IS ALWAYS ON A LEAD AROUND THE SITE.
19.1 If your pet is left in the home unattended please ensure it is either in a cage or secured in the hallway.
20. Smoking is NOT permitted in the caravan, and all ends must be disposed of responsibly.
21. The static caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next party, due to inspection by staff. If not, then rule 4. Shall apply.
22. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the hirer's property and/ or accidents, injuries, illness, diseases, arising from the hire of the holiday home or use of the holiday park, including acts of god or extreme weather conditions.
23. The static caravan MUST be vacated by 10am on the last day of hiring ALONG WITH ALL KEYS/SECURITY TABS unless other arrangements have been agreed.
23.1 All rubbish must be removed and placed in the suitable containers located to the rear of the main reception behind the play area.
Please do not leave any rubbish in the holiday home or outside the holiday home.
23.2 IF YOU ARE ASKED TO VACATE THE STATIC CARAVAN / HOLIDAY PARK BY THE HOLIDAY PARK OWNERS OR THEIR STAFF FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER, THE CARAVAN OWNERS SHALL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY PAID.

WESTGATE CARAVAN PARK HAS NO INVOLVEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE HIRING OF YOUR STATIC CARAVANUNLESS YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE SECURITY FOB.
The park manager is called Martin, he is located at the Home on the right as you approach the entrance barrier.
Once we have received your deposit/security bond you the hirer has agreed to the full terms and conditions, as above, as applicable at the time of your booking and holiday and are bound by the terms and conditions.
This document does not require a signature for you to agree to these terms.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under English law.
